Mississippi Made Poster

Mississippi Made was a poster
competition hosted by a local coffee
shop in Starkville, Mississippi.

For my concept, I drew inspiration from
the iconic guitar of Elvis Presley, who
was born in Mississippi. He became one
of the most influential musicians in
the world, and his Mississippi roots played
a major role in shaping both his identity
and his sound.

I incorporated its shapes into the
foundation of the poster’s visual elements, allowing the design to celebrate both
the artist and Mississippi’s lasting
impact on music history.
